Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Job duties will include supporting sales and retention goals of the agency’s commercial lines departments as well as, helping to meet long-term growth goals for the agency. This includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service retention and profit goals.

Job duties will include answering calls, performing service request for personal lines and maintaining notes in the agency management system. In general the number one priority is to ensure our clients and guests are taken care of.
